Strain at work often goes unreported
Strain builds quietly, and by the time it shows, someone may already be leaving. There is often no record of what happened, or of what anyone did about it.
Psychosocial risk became a legal duty
Regulators now expect employers to identify, assess, control and review psychosocial hazards, with a record to show it. We built Plus Ultra to keep that record.
What we built.
A weekly pulse of about 60 seconds, team-level trends at a minimum group of 10, and a WHS risk register with a named owner against every hazard.
We’re choosing a few organisations to build the first pilots with.
