Frequently asked questions

How are fees set?
Fees are to be agreed with each organisation. Book a pilot conversation and we will scope the pilot with you.
Is this an EAP?
No. We measure psychosocial risk and produce evidence. We don’t provide counselling or clinical care. Where your organisation has an EAP, the platform signposts workers to it.
We’re already certified to ISO 45001. Why do we need this?
Certification tells you that you should manage psychosocial risk. Plus Ultra is how you do it, and the record that shows what you found and did. An audit happens once a year; psychosocial risk needs managing in between. We support your ISO 45003 alignment and the monitoring and review expectations that come with it. We don’t certify anything ourselves.
We already run an engagement survey. Isn’t this the same thing?
Engagement surveys measure how people feel about working here. Plus Ultra measures psychosocial risk on published, validated instruments (BAT-23, COPSOQ III and a validated wellbeing index) and links each finding to a hazard, a control and a review date. Safe Work Australia’s Code sets a four-step duty: identify, assess, control, review. A survey answers the first.
What’s the minimum team size?
Team-level data appears only once at least 10 people have responded. The floor of 10 is there to protect the people answering, because small groups are easy to identify.
Who owns the data?
Your organisation does. Before its engagement ends, the organisation can export its hazard register and team results.
How is data deleted?
When an organisation’s engagement ends, we delete the personal information we hold about its workers and administrators, and verify the deletion, within 90 days. Before the end date the organisation can export its hazard register and team results. Upon request, we will delete your personal information sooner, unless retention is required by law.
